Insulated Modular Drainage Channels for Heavy Industrial Loads

STANDARD FEATURES

They are modular and interconnected in a continuous wastewater drainage system with a maximum length of 2500 mm. Continuous drainage systems can be interconnected via groove flanges equipped with Teflon seals. This allows for the watertight drainage system to be adjusted to the desired length.

Type 1: Channel width 135 mm

Type 2: Channel width 150 mm

Type 3: Channel width 175 mm

Type 4: Channel width 200 mm

Type 5: Channel width 250 mm

Type 6: Channel width custom-made upon special request

With a grating channel of a minimum depth of 55 mm and a maximum depth of 250 mm, it is possible to create a continuous wastewater drainage system with a maximum length of 18000 mm and a constant slope of 0.6% towards the outlet.

Continuous wastewater drainage systems can be manufactured to the desired dimensions, provided the slope complies with the minimum and maximum depth. In the fixed slope and variable depth wastewater drainage system, stainless steel channel elements are manufactured with a constant slope of 0.6% towards the outlet tray, unless otherwise indicated. The slope of the channel and the minimum and maximum depths of the channel can be manufactured to the desired dimensions, provided they remain within applicable limits.

Optionally, the grate can be made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel.
