Light Industrial Load
Class L15 / A15 1500kg. Light traffic, for example, pedestrians and pallet trucks.
The joints of the grates are welded both from the top and the bottom, thus preventing the gratings from tipping over.
Mesh-Style Channel Gratings (Mesh Grate):
Mesh-style channel gratings have a Mesh-like appearance with intervals of 20 x 20 mm.
- Mesh-style channel gratings consist of 25 mm wide slats that interlock like a comb, and a surrounding frame that is also 25 mm wide.
- The frames of the Mesh-style channel gratings are 1.50 mm thick, while the slats are 1.20 mm thick.
- After welding the Mesh-style channel gratings on both sides and at all intersections with argon arc welding, they undergo a chemical cleaning process (passivation).
- The Mesh-style channel gratings are entirely made of 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel.
Asymmetrical Gratings with Oval Holes:
- In asymmetrical gratings with oval holes, oval holes of 40 x 7 mm are placed on the surface in the longitudinal direction, with spacings of 22 mm.Between the two rows of oval holes, there is a space of 15 mm, and the holes in the second row are positioned to be staggered relative to the holes in the row above.
- All holes are chamfered inwards. This increases durability and allows for safe walking, even with bare feet.
- On the surfaces of the asymmetrical gratings with oval holes, round protrusions are added to prevent slipping.
- The asymmetrical channel gratings with oval holes are entirely made of 2.00 mm thick 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel.
U-Profile Bar Gratings:
- Bar gratings are typically used in areas where the floor does not get too wet.
- The surface of the continuously perforated channel gratings has sporadic holes with a diameter of 6.5 mm.
- The bar gratings are entirely made of 2.00 mm thick 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel.
Closed Channel Covers (Cover Plate):
- Closed channel covers can be used in parts of drainage channels that are under equipment, at doorways, or in situations where the drainage channel must pass through areas that do not get wet.
- On the surfaces of the closed channel covers, a pattern of protrusions is applied to help prevent slipping.
- The closed channel covers are entirely made of 2.00 mm thick 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel.

- Reinforced Mesh-style gratings consist of 25 mm wide slats that interlock like a comb, a surrounding frame that is also 25 mm wide, and 25 mm wide reinforcements that divide the grate into suitable small dimensions.
- After welding the reinforced Mesh-style channel gratings on both sides and at all intersections with argon arc welding, they undergo a chemical cleaning process (passivation).
- The frames of the reinforced Mesh-style channel gratings are 5.00 mm thick, the reinforcements are 5.00 mm thick, and the slats are 1.20 mm thick.
U-Profile Reinforced Stainless Steel Gratings:
- The ladder-type channel gratings are entirely made of 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel slats.
- Ladder-type channel gratings consist of a frame with straight edges, within which are parallel crossbars placed at 20 mm intervals.
- After welding the ladder-type channel gratings on both sides and at all intersections with argon arc welding, they undergo a chemical cleaning process (passivation). Ladder-type channel gratings are entirely made of drawn slats with a cross-section of 25 x 5 mm.

Cover Plate Gratings:
- Reinforced plate-type channel gratings are manufactured such that a continuous opening of 15 mm width is left along and on both sides of the grate over the channel. This design ensures that water on the floor along the channel and on both sides of the channel is directed towards the channel.
- Plate-type channel grates are entirely made of 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel and have a thickness of 5.00 mm, which can be increased to 10 mm upon request.
Slatted Gratings with Spacings:
- Reinforced slatted gratings with spacings are manufactured such that a continuous opening of 15 mm width is left along the grate and on all sides of the grate over the channel. This design ensures that water on the floor along the channel and from all sides is directed towards the channel.
- The slatted gratings are entirely made of 18/10 Cr/Ni (AISI 304 quality) stainless steel and have a thickness of 5.00 mm, which can be increased to 10 mm upon request.
