STANDARD FEATURES

  • The slot channel elements have, unless otherwise requested, a standard slope of 0.6% in one direction. However, it is possible to produce stainless steel channels with a fixed depth, up to a maximum of 200 mm.
  • The standard channels are designed with a slope of 0.6% and a maximum length of 18,000 mm in a single direction.
  • The minimum depth of the channel is 65 mm, the maximum depth is 200 mm, and the slope of the channel is 0.6%, with a maximum channel length of 20.00 meters in each direction.
  • Taking into account the applicable dimensions, a slot channel can be custom-made, considering the slope of the channel and the minimum and maximum depths of the channel.
  • By reducing the slope of the channel, a slot channel can be achieved with a maximum length of 60.00 meters in each direction.
  • In addition to standard configurations, stainless steel channel configurations can be realized in different shapes.
  • The channel elements have a thickness of 2.00 mm, the connecting flanges have a thickness of 5.00 mm, and, including the bolts and nuts for fixing, they are entirely made of 18/8 Cr/Ni quality stainless steel (AISI 304), and a Teflon seal is used for the connection.
  • For a solid fixation of the slot channel to the concrete, anchoring elements are welded to the channel in different quantities, depending on the length of the channel.
  • When fixing the channel, there are special height adjustment elements that adapt to different surfaces to easily adjust the height of the channel; these are part of the standard components of the system.
  • Additionally, these elements prevent the channel from moving during concrete pouring.

OPTIONS

On request, all elements forming the configuration of the slot channel can be made in AISI 316 quality stainless steel.
