Modular Drainage Channel for Light Industrial Load

STANDARD FEATURES

It is possible to create a continuous wastewater drainage system with a maximum length of 2500 mm by connecting modular units together. Continuous wastewater drainage systems can be interconnected using flanges equipped with Teflon seals. This allows for adjustment of the watertight drainage system to the desired length.

Type 1: Channel width 135 mm

Type 2: Channel width 150 mm

Type 3: Channel width 175 mm

Type 4: Channel width 200 mm

Type 5: Channel width 230 mm

Type 6: Channel width custom-made according to special requests

A continuous wastewater drainage system can be realized with a grating channel with a minimum depth of 40 mm and a maximum depth of 250 mm, with a constant slope of 0.6% towards the outlet, and a maximum length of 18000 mm. Continuous wastewater drainage systems can be custom-made to the desired dimensions, provided they conform to the slope, minimum and maximum depth.

In the constant slope and variable depth wastewater drainage system, stainless steel channel elements are, unless otherwise requested, produced with a constant slope of 0.6% towards the drainage tray. The slope of the channel and the minimum and maximum depths of the channel can be customized according to the applicable dimensions.

OPTIONS

Optionally, the grate can be made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel.
