Factory halls, workshops, production facilities, meat processing, fish processing, bakeries, and breweries. The slats of the grates are welded from the top and bottom, thus preventing bending of the slats and maximizing the strength of the product.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF TOP GRATES
Honeycomb grates are standardly used in drainage channels.
However, upon request or requirement, any other type of grate can be used, with detailed information and description found in the section "STAINLESS STEEL CHANNEL GRATES".
OPTIONAL FEATURES
Quality: Manufacture of stainless steel AISI 316 It is entirely made of 18/10 Cr/Ni stainless steel (AISI 304 quality). If desired, it can be made entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel sheet. Siphon - prevents unpleasant odors coming from the sewer system. All system elements undergo a full passivation process. PRODUCTION IN SPECIAL SIZES - DIMENSIONS Different (special) dimensions can be produced upon request.
DRAINPIPE LENGTH
Standard drainpipe lengths are given in technical drawings. The length of the drainpipe can be extended as desired and needed. ADDITIONAL CONNECTIONS Side inlet pipes can be added so that other surrounding drains can be connected to the floor drain with a direct pipe connection.
IRREGULAR SIPHONING
By default, all floor drains are regularly siphoned. However, in cases where the use of a siphon bucket is not desired due to soil conditions or any other reason, floor drains can be irregularly siphoned.
PRODUCTION WITHOUT SIPHON
All floor drains and siphons are standardly produced with a siphon. However, in cases where the use of a siphon bucket is not desired due to soil conditions or any other reason, floor drains and siphons can be produced without a siphon. ADDITIONAL PROFILE FILLING A PVC or stainless steel filling profile can be applied to facilitate installation and increase the durability of the upper profile.
